Join certified Forest Therapy guide, Linda Kuhn, on Saturday, May 23 in the rolling fields and forest at Holland Park/Holland Trail, adjacent to the Riegel Ridge Community Center in Milford. The walk goes from 10-11:30 am and is hosted by the Holland Twp Environmental Commission. Experience a slow-paced sensory walk in nature where participants are given several prompts to drop into the present and connect with the more than human world that surrounds them. The walk ends with a wild-crafted tea ceremony.
Drive past the playground at Riegel Ridge and turn up the unpaved road to park. There will be several times when we sit if you want to bring a light foldable chair. We will also cross a stream so boots or sturdy sneakers are recommended.
