Experience the sublime autumn beauty and join certified Forest Therapy guide, Linda Kuhn, for her last forest bathing walk of the season at the Giving Lake Recreation Area near Frenchtown on Sunday, November 8 from 1 to 3 pm. Experience a flat, slow-paced walk in nature where participants will be given a series of sensory invitations designed to awaken awareness and deepen connection with the natural world. The walk will end with a wild-crafted tea ceremony. Make it a day with lunch and shopping in Frenchtown!
After crossing the Frenchtown Bridge into Pennsylvania, turn right and drive about a mile where you will see the sign for the Delaware Canal State Park and turn left into the parking lot. Keep driving through the lot until you see the porta potty and park in that area.
